I have been in practice for 29 years, helping the body remember balance. I am a Registered Advanced Practitioner of Ortho-Bionomy®️, and an AOBTA®️-Certified Practitioner of Asian Bodywork Therapy (Integrative Eclectic Shiatsu). I have maintained Diplomate status through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine since 2006.
I am an avid student of Asian Bodywork Therapies, and have had the opportunity to study with Pauline Sasaki, Paul Lundberg, Alice Whieldon, Carola Beresford-Cooke, Clifford Andrews, Patrizia Stefanini, Nick Pole, and Margot Rossi, as well as to complete Michael DeAgro’s Post-Graduate Clinical Studies at Zen Shiatsu Chicago.
My approach to practice is to strive to embody the principles of Ortho-Bionomy and the Tao te Ching: honoring each person’s journey, helping each person find his or her own rhythm and balance, maintaining a non-judgmental presence.
