Alignment.

Feet together. Body centered. Hands relaxed, naturally. Look forward. Slowly withdraw the vision inward. The entire body is relaxed. 

Head touches the sky (raise Bai Hui), feet stand on the earth (root). The body relaxes, the mind expands. Be respectful and quiet. The mind is clear, with no distracting thoughts. Think space. Think body. The entire body is harmonized with qi.
