Cancellation Policy
Unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. However, to be fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

48-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 48 hours' notice you will be charged the cost of your reserved appointment time. This amount will be due the same day as your appointment.

Frequent Cancellations and Rescheduling
The 48-hour cancellation policy is meant to be used infrequently, for unavoidable conflicts. If more than two of your appointments are canceled or rescheduled with less than two weeks' notice in a six-month period, you may be requested to schedule and complete one appointment at a time. Frequent cancellations or rescheduling, regardless of the length of notice, may result in requests for appointments being denied.

Missed Appointments
If you do not call to cancel your appointment, and you do not keep your appointment, you will be responsible for the cost of the full session. In addition, you will be required to 1) keep a credit card on file for future appointments, and 2) reserve future appointments with a credit card if you do not already do so.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shortened by the amount of time you are late, but you will still be responsible for the cost of the full session.

(Note: canceling or rescheduling a standing appointment with less than 30 days' notice more than twice in a six-month period will forfeit the standing appointment discount. After six consecutive months of standing appointments without cancellations or rescheduling have been completed, the standing appointment discount can be reinstated.)
